I love educating children and their families about healthy eating. Healthy eating starts with making smart choices at the grocery store, preparing foods in a
healthy way, and choosing healthy meals and snacks. Healthy eating is a
lifestyle. If we make healthy choices today, these choices add up to a healthy
tomorrow.
